Returns & Refunds
You have 10 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason at all — a change of mind, the color isn't right, no explanations needed.
How to send something back
Write to orders@fineshoppes.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through the rest. For standard returns, the ride back is on you — please use a tracked service so the piece stays accounted for.
If a piece arrives wrong
If something arrives damaged or isn't what it should be, tell us within 10 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a prepaid return label, and once the piece reaches us we'll issue a full replacement or a full refund — original shipping included.
Cancellations
Changed your mind within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins? Say the word and we'll cancel for a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the item reaching us.
